Wash your skin gently

The oil from the skin is removed with hoot water and long showers. You should warm instead of hot water and bath time should be 15 minutes or less.
Avoid strong soaps
The skin can become dry with strong soap therefore you should use mild soap and detergent with added oils and fats.

You should not use products containing perfumes or dyes if your skin is dry as your skin can trigger to allergic reactions with these products.
Remove eye makeup carefully

Pat dry
You should pat your skin with dry towel after washing or bathing and moisturize your skin with oil or cream.

The skin can maintain natural moisture level with moisturizers. The moisturizers keep water from escaping into your skin. The use of moisturizers depends on the skin type, your age and specific conditions such as acne. You will need to apply moisturizers if your skin feels tight after bathing.
The moisturizers like SPF can protect your skin from ultraviolet rays. You should use products free of heavy dyes and perfumes if your skin is sensitive. You can also use baby oil if your skin is very dry. You can skin moisturizing if your skin is oily.
Shave carefully
The unwanted hairs are removed with the help of shaving but it can cause skin irritation especially if your skin is dry, sensitive and thin. You should make your skin soft with warm wash cloth or shave after warm bath or shower for smooth shaving.
Always use shaving cream, lotion or gel and avoid shave dry skin and lubricate your skin. You should use clean, sharp razor and shave in the direction of hair growth.
